E & F – Ag Systems

E & F – AG Systems was founded as a part time business by 2 dairy farmers, Amman Fisher and Steve Esh, in 2000. Their first jobs were installing sidewall curtains and cow matresses.  That was enough to hire one part-time employee.

In spring of 2002, Amman made the decicion to share his share of the company to Steve and expand his dairy farm.

In less than four years, and with 8 full-time employees, the company had expanded its services to renovations and smaller construction jobs.  It was that year that Steve decided it was all or nothing and started devoting 100% off his time to the E & F Ag.  He purchased their property in Bird In Hand, PA and built a 10,000 square foot office and warehouse facility.

In 2007, Steve asked Jacob Smucker to join him in the office.

By now, E & F – AG Systems has over 20 employees and serving a wide range of building needs.
