Commercial Panels

The commercial family of panels performs superbly on roof slopes as low as 1/12. The 26 gauge panels can span up to 4′, and the heavier 24 gauge panels can span up to 5′.

PBR

PBR Panel

The PBR Panel is used mostly for steel-frame buildings, but can also be used on wood-frame buildings.

The PBR Panel is engineered and designed for maximum structural stability.

For excellent strength and leak resistance, the PBR Panel has full, 1-1/4″ high major ribs every 12″ which are 1″ wide at the top and over 3″ wide at the base.

The PBR panel has a purlin-bearing-leg approximately 1″ long at the underlap that rests on the purlin for extra support.

For an architecturally attractive look, try our A Panel on your side walls and interior liner. The A Panel is practically identical to PBR panel but in reverse.  The paint is on the opposite side and is meant to be installed upside-down, relatively speaking.

Panel – Textured

The R Panel is identical to the PBR Panel but without the purlin-bearing-leg.  Because of that, we only recommend the R Panel for sidewall applications and not for the roof.

The R panel comes in 9 glare-resistant textured colors with 40-year warranties.
